Nathan – Team Captain / Driver / Bad Idea-Originator

Organizer, recruiter, and spreadsheet wrangler. Nathan keeps the crew on task (mostly) and handles all the official Lemons paperwork.

Justin Maxwell – Driver / Mechanic / Crew / Car Host

The Neon lives at Justin’s place, where it’s slowly being transformed from “questionable Craigslist buy” into a racecar. Brings technical chops and a habit of asking, “Will this pass tech?”

Mike – Driver / Mechanic

Resident hands-on wrench with deep car knowledge. If it bolts, clamps, or torques, Mike is on it. Also pulling driving duty when the Neon is ready.

Aaron – Driver / Mechanic

Tag-teaming with Mike on mechanical work. Aaron’s the guy who notices when a “brake cleaner cap” has become a blow-off valve. Helps keep the turbo bits in check.

Marcus – Mechanic / Crew

Bringing track experience and good humor, Marcus is one of the brave souls willing to strap into the Neon for long stints.

Nigel – Driver / Crew / Mechanic

Part of the Brake Fast Club from day one. He was the first to lay eye's on our Lemon. He’s one of the committed drivers and an early voice shaping the team’s identity.

Dandre – Driver / Crew / Mechanic

Always ready to turn laps and pitch in around the pits. Brings energy, optimism, and hands-on support during race weekends.

Victor – Crew / Logistics

Self-described “gopher,” Victor is the one who keeps tools, drinks, and fuel moving. With an eye for spreadsheets and organization, he’s also helping on the finance side.

Jacki – Crew / Mechanic

Active at work days and track prep. Jacki helps balance the team effort and will be part of the paddock crew keeping things running smoothly.

Chase –  Driver / Crew

Joined the team after formation as a dedicated driver. Brings steady stint pace, clear setup feedback, and a willingness to take odd-hour sessions to keep the rotation smooth.
